🐾 Returns at a Glance

• 30 Days to Return → You have 30 days from delivery to request a return.

• No Hassle → Just email support@customfloofs.com to start the process.

• Personalized Items → Can’t usually be returned, unless there’s a quality issue or we shipped the wrong item. In that case, we’ll fix it at no cost to you.

• Condition → Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging.

• Exchanges → Place a new order after your return is accepted (custom items only replaced if there’s an error on our end).

• Refunds → Processed within 10 business days after we receive your return.

• Exceptions → No returns on gift cards, sale items, or anything hazardous (don’t worry, we don’t sell those 😉).
