Botanical Outdoor Spray Development

Customfloofs is a small Canadian pet care startup developing grooming and outdoor care products for dogs.

We are currently working on a botanical outdoor spray and are looking for a supplier partner for a PMD-rich Oil of Lemon Eucalyptus active ingredient.

We are not looking for regular lemon eucalyptus essential oil.

We are looking for one of the following materials:

  • Oil of Lemon Eucalyptus, hydrated, cyclized
  • Eucalyptus citriodora oil, hydrated, cyclized
  • EC Oil H/C
  • Citriodiol®
  • Citrepel® 75
  • PMD-rich botanic oil
  • 75% PMD equivalent material

Our goal is to create a practical outdoor spray that can be tested properly, documented properly, and developed responsibly.

We are still in the R&D stage. At this point, we are looking for a sample quantity, technical information, and guidance from a supplier who understands this type of ingredient.

What We Are Developing

We are developing two early versions of the product:

Mild Version

A lower-strength outdoor spray intended for cautious first-stage testing.

Full Strength Version

A stronger formula inspired by existing PMD / Oil of Lemon Eucalyptus products already available in the market.

Both versions are still in development.

We are not looking to make unsupported claims. We want to understand the raw material properly first, test the formulas carefully, and build the product the right way.

What We Need From a Supplier

We are looking for:

  • R&D sample availability
  • Minimum order quantity
  • Technical data sheet
  • Safety data sheet
  • Recommended formulation range
  • Solubility and solvent guidance
  • Storage and handling information
  • Canadian supply or import options
  • Suitability for topical spray formulations

We are also interested in understanding whether the material is normally used in water-based sprays, alcohol-based sprays, or emulsion-style systems.

Customfloofs is being built as a premium pet care brand in Ontario, Canada.

We are starting small, but we are taking product development seriously. Our background includes hands-on dog grooming, formulation testing, product photography, small business operations, and quality-focused manufacturing experience.

We are not trying to pretend we are bigger than we are.

We are a real startup, building carefully, testing properly, and looking for the right suppliers to grow with.
