Shipping times vary depending on your location and the print partner (Canada or U.S.) fulfilling your order.
Please note that delivery estimates are approximate, as actual transit times depend on the courier and destination.
What is your return policy?
We gladly accept returns or exchanges for damaged or incorrect items.
Since each product is custom-made to order, we cannot accept returns for customized items unless there’s an error or defect.
If something isn’t right, please contact us within 14 days of delivery, and we’ll make it right.

You can preview your design, add your pet’s name, and see how it looks before checkout.
Can I track my order?
Absolutely! Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking link via email so you can follow your floofy package’s journey.
Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
If your order has not yet entered production, we may be able to change or cancel it.

What should I do if my item arrives damaged?
We’re so sorry if that happens!
Please email support@customfloofs.com within 7 days of delivery with photos of the product and packaging.
We’ll send a replacement at no cost to you.
